Genesis AiX — Intellectual Property and Access
Genesis AiX publishes selected materials to support public understanding, technical inspection, research discussion, and evaluation of its architecture and related work. Public visibility does not, by itself, grant rights to implement or commercially use Genesis AiX technology.
Access does not constitute a license. Visibility does not constitute implementation authority. Technical accessibility does not expand the rights granted.
Unless Genesis AiX or the applicable rights holder expressly grants additional rights in writing, all rights in protected Genesis AiX materials remain reserved.
Protected materials may include, as applicable:
- software and source materials;
- specifications and technical documentation;
- architecture descriptions and diagrams;
- original written and visual works;
- implementations and implementation techniques;
- patent-protected and patent-pending inventions;
- proprietary workflows and system arrangements;
- confidential know-how disclosed under separate controlled-access arrangements;
- distinctive Genesis AiX combinations, mechanisms, and implementations.
Nothing on the public website should be interpreted as claiming exclusive ownership of established fields, general engineering principles, public standards, or ideas that are otherwise available to the public.
Genesis AiX reserves rights in its specific protected works, implementations, inventions, combinations, specifications, architecture, and proprietary materials.
Technical access is not permission.
Viewing, reading, navigating, querying, receiving, or technically accessing Genesis AiX material does not itself grant permission to:
- reproduce protected material;
- implement protected Genesis AiX technology;
- create derivative implementations from protected material;
- incorporate protected Genesis AiX technology into another product or service;
- commercially deploy or distribute protected technology;
- train, fine-tune, or materially improve models using protected non-public Genesis AiX materials;
- represent that Genesis AiX technology has been licensed, transferred, approved, or authorized for use.
Any implementation, integration, derivative development, deployment, model use, or commercialization requiring Genesis AiX intellectual-property rights must arise from an express written grant.
Reachability is not authorization.
The ability to access material technically does not establish authorization to use it. The ability to view, retrieve, inspect, query, download, receive, or otherwise technically access material does not enlarge the rights expressly granted for that material.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Where material is made available for public inspection, that availability should not be construed as granting implementation, reproduction, derivative-development, integration, model-training, deployment, or commercialization rights beyond those provided by applicable law or expressly granted in writing.
Visibility is not standing. Inspection is not authorization. Possession is not a license. Intelligence is not authority.
Public visibility, controlled evaluation, and express licensing authority are three distinct states.
